1. You share the essentials
Our short request captures the property address, pest concern, where activity occurs, contact timing, permission preferences, and your authorization to share the request with an appropriate provider for contact.
2. We review and route
Requests that appear to fit the service area are routed to an active independent provider. Uncertain or out-of-area requests go to manual review. A submission does not guarantee provider contact or service; availability depends on location, concern, urgency, and independent provider capacity.
3. The independent provider takes it from there
The provider confirms availability and handles customer contact, inspection, estimates, scheduling, and service decisions. If you choose to proceed, you contract directly with that provider. The provider performs and warrants its work, addresses service concerns, and collects payment. Indy Pest Match is not a party to that service agreement.
How we may be paid
Indy Pest Match may receive a lead or referral fee from a participating provider. That arrangement is between us and the provider. Providers remain independent and control their own prices and service decisions.
Provider responsibility
Independent providers control their pricing, schedules, methods, equipment, personnel, licensing, certification, insurance, warranties, and work. Partner information can be recorded and reviewed, but customers should also ask which credentials, insurance, terms, and warranty apply to their particular service.
